Navigation Panel: HTML Fragment Code Page Ring Mistress: Schoolmarm Welcome to Our Ring! We are happy to have you join us!!! You are now on the 2nd and most important step in becoming a member of the ring. Once completed the Ring Mistress can officially add your site to the ring and your navigation panel should work properly if the directions are followed below. The addition of the HTML fragment is for the most part an easy exercise in copy and paste. You have the choice between the several styles / sizes of control panel (shown below) Or, you have the option to create your own to suit your personal style. However, the ring's logo (with a link to the ring's homepage) and navigation bar must be clearly posted on your page. After you make your choice, Download the logo to your own hard drive, usually a right click on a PC with the mouse over the graphic will bring up the dialog box for you to save the ring's logo. (Please do not steal bandwidth by linking to the graphics here.) Also, make sure that you place the graphic in the same directory as your page or you will have to edit the code to reflect the new location. Then just select the HTML text shown below the control panel of your choice and copy it. I am assuming that you are already familiar with the procedure of copy and paste. If my assumption is incorrect, please contact the Ringmaster for more detailed instructions and help. Then, the most important part, you must customize the purple highlighted HTML with your site information. Type in your name or site name SITE NAME, e-mail address SITE EMAIL and your site ID# where indicated after you paste the fragment on your page. Your site ID must replace the SITE ID or the navigation links will not work properly. Example Code:  "http://www.ringsurf.com/netring?ring=edlinks;id=SITE ID;action=next" If your Site ID is 23, then you would modify the code to look like this: "http://www.ringsurf.com/netring?ring=edlinks;id=23;action=next" (Easy, isn't it?)
